If you upload it to Twitter or Facebook you copy and paste on an ipad or iphone. Just hold down o e photo and an option to save image will pop up if you do it right.
Whypost the link? Hold down on the screen until your options menu comes up. Then click save image. Then upload the image using the "upload file" button on the bottom right. If the image is moving or not centered on the screen it won't pop up. But if you do it right you can save the image and then upload it on here.
