Week 10 is over. Now it's time to take a look back at the top players of the week. Here they are.

QB - Phillip Rivers - Chargers

Even though the veteran QB is getting up there in age, he still has some skill in his right arm. He showed out this week with 5 TD passes. He also piled up 345 yards passing on a 19-26 passing game. He did give 1 away with an interception but the turnover doesn't take much away from his amazing performance. He was the main reason the Chargers came away with a big win this week. With the 5 TDS, Rivers now has 16 on the year. Which is good for 7th best in the NFL so far this season.

RB - Ryan Mathews - Eagles

The Eagles passing game was held in check with only 124 passing yards this week. But the passing game doesn't matter when you get a performance like Mathews had. He carried the ball 24 times for an amazing 254 yards and 3 scores. Mathews put his team on his back and took the game over. Mathews moved over 1,000 yards for the season with this game and is now 2nd in yards and TDS.

WR - Marlon Brown - Saints

The former Georgia Bulldog had himself a game this week. He hauled in 7 catches for 170 yards and a TD. The highlight of his night was a 98 yard TD reception. Normally overshadowed by Brandin Cooks, Brown showed the NFL that Brees has more weapons than just Cooks. Brown now has 27 catches on the season for 494 yards and 6 TDS.

Defense - Whitney Mercilus - Texans

The Texans may have lost their game this week but it wasn't because of Mercilus. He was all over the field. He recorded 5 tackles, 3 for loss of yardage. He also snagged a Blake Bortles pass for an interception. He was also credited with a safety and a 0.5 sack. Sometimes overshadowed by big names like Watt and Clowney, Mercilus showed out this game and may soon be one of those big names that you hear when people talk about the Texans.
