Steelers continue to find ways to win with a injured roster. Dobbs throws his first INT opening the door for a Colts comeback in the 4th. A well place punt, resulting in a safety and a time eating possession, allow the Steelers to hold on and take the W.
Game Notes:
Game Notes:
- Cornerback Burns nabs 2 of the Steelers 5 sacks.
- William Gay gets a redzone INT, to end the half. Gay has had a least one INT in the last 4 games and is tied for 3rd in total interceptions for the season. 1 behind second place teammate Sean Davis.
- Bell and FA Davis combine for 191 yards on the ground, keeping pressure off Dobbs.
- Injurys continue to plague the Steelers with M. Bryant going down (just for the game) but Rogers and Hunter made critical plays when hey we're most needed.
- Steelers face the Titans next week, with the tough choice of letting Big Ben get 1 more week of rest or continue to rely on Dobbs (who is 3-0 in starts)
- Steelers eager to get Brown back in 4 weeks.
- Steelers face a brutal back half of the season with a angry Bengals crew looking for revenge and second place in the AFC North along with a critical final three game stretch vs. the Patriots, Texans, and Browns
