Georgiafan's thoughts
The CPU panthers seem to have came back to reality with a few losses lately I don't see them making the playoffs. The NFC south has 3 solid user teams on top of the panthers. Its starting to look like they will beat each other up knocking the 2nd place team out of the wildcard race.

The NFC east is once again wide open for anyone and even the eagles could get back into the race with a likely new owner on the way

The seahawks are a interesting team the CPU went 5-1 with them and a new owner is on the way. The NFC west race is gonna be very interesting down the stretch with cards, seahawks and Rams.

yea I was telling tigers last night on the phone that my guess would be you come back and win that division.

Falcons made the change to rookie QB Ted Brewster during the Dolphins game in week 6, so it should be an interesting rest of the way in the NFC South.

Georgiafan's thoughts
Its good to see the CPU lions and Panthers keep on getting losses and knocking them down the pecking order. That way it opens up those playoff spots for user teams.

is everyone in the NFC around .500 ?

I expect the rams to climb back up the ranks now that he is back from vacation and not having to play the seahawks.

The bucs also look like they are about to make a run

The saints/gubber has missed a few games lately after going 16-0 in x1 league. Hopefully he shows up this week.

Georgiafan's thoughts
If the Packers are gonna make the playoffs they have a get a win vs a bad CPU team

This is a big game for the falcons to create a little sepration between him and the bucs after they lost last night. As its look like a 2 man race for the south.

I added Seattle to the major games this week as they face the eagles who somehow are leading a division. It will be Jandy's first game vs the CPU.

I don't think the wildcard race is as open as it appears to be at the moment. The cards are starting to take a firm grasp of one of the spots with a 6-2 record. The rams should get atleast 3 of 4 wins coming up with games vs Texans, Eagles, Bucs and Colts. They also have 2 games left vs the awful CPU 49ers.

Georgiafan's thoughts
This is a big week for the NFC with lots of big games. It's also good to see all 6 playoff teams be user teams.

If you want to get in as a wildcard team in the NFC this may be your last week to make up some ground. All 3 NFC west teams have games they could lose. This means the bucs and Packers must win there games this week if they want to make they playoffs

The falcons should win vs the CPU patriots and next week has 2-7 Jets so he is in good shape for the time being in the south.

Will anyone beat the bears? I doubt it will happen this week

The cowboys have emerged to take the lead in the east. The redskins can't afford to go 3-7 so they must win this week vs the Giants.

Another likely elimination game is a CPU matchup Lions vs Panthers

The NFC West is going to get really interesting down the stretch. Cardinals play the Seahawks twice and the Rams once. There is the potential for a very dramatic shift of power. But whoever is left out of the playoffs from the West is gonna definitely feel cheated

All 3 teams from the west can make the playoffs with the other 2 getting the wildcard spots. But that's not a lock of bucs/Falcons or packers go on a streak

My offense needs to wake up! Manziel is getting the ball to them, players dropping stuff. We turn it around this week! GO SKINS!

Georgiafan's thoughts
The bears have clinched a first round bye

The seahawks have 3 games they should win and 49ers and colts. But a tough one vs the cards and a tricky one vs the cheesy CPU lions. The seahawks will likely win 3 of those 4 and get a 1st round bye.

The Rams are also in a tricky spot due to games he hasn't been able to play. He has 2 should be easy wins vs 49ers and then a 2 tough ones vs Titans and Colts.

With only 3 games left the Cards have 2 tough ones vs Rams and Seahawks. They need to win atleast one of them. Week 17 is vs the Eagles who are still alive in the division race

The Falcons have a pretty easy schedule down the stretch packers, lions, Vikings, Saints so atleast 3 wins should have had by them unless something crazy happens.

The bucs have 3 user games left after a big stretch of CPU games and those are bills, packers and jets

The divison is the cowboys to lose with 4 winnable games to go and currently at 6 wins. The giants have 4 wins so they should officially be eliminated very soon. Even if they redskins win out they only get to 7 wins and that's if they beat the raiders week 17. Eagles only have 1 user game to go but still would need 2 cowboys losses to have a chance.

If I am correct Rams and Falcons need one more win to get the division. If that happens cardinals would miss out bc they are 3-3 in Divison and others are 4-2. Correct ?

Bears
- Have clinched the #1 seed and a first round bye

Seahawks
- Clinches a first round bye with a win vs Colts

Bucs
- Clinches the divison with a win vs the Jets
- If bucs lose and falcons win I'm not sure what happens as they split head to head and same divison record

Rams
Clinch a wildcard spot with a win vs the 49ers (wins division tiebreaker over cards)

Cardinals
Needs a loss by Rams or Falcons to get into the playoffs as they are 3-3 in the division and others are currently 3-2

Falcons
A win vs saints gets them a wildcard spot

Cowboys/Redskins
A cowboys win vs lions and loss by redskins = cowboys the division
A cowboys loss vs lions and redskins win over raiders = redskins win division
I'm not sure what happens if they have the same result 2 main tiebreakers are a wash

Current Standings
Bears 15-0
Seahawks 12-3
Bucs 11-4
Cowboys 7-8
Rams 10-5
Falcons 10-5
-------------
Cards 10-5
Redskins 7-8
