You may not sign one (1) free agent rated 70 OVR or higher per week. For the remaining two weeks of the preseason, you may also sign up to two (2) players rated (69) OVR or below. Once the regular season starts, you will only be allowed to sign one player per week per normal free agency rules.

Please post the week of your signing, your team, the player, his position and overall in this thread when yhou sign them.
