You may sign one (1) player per week. Max four (4) players per season. QBs signed during the season must not start for one week after signing them to simulate them learning the playbook. Signing a player from someone else's practice squad counts as a signing. Signing someone from your own practice squad does not. Signing a player from someone else's practice squad means he must be put on your active roster. Signing a player to your practice squad counts as a signing as well (minus the first week when the CPU auto fills the practice squads.)
