The Jets came into the season with high expectations of making the playoffs. They finish week 17 with a win and a record of 9-7. The Jets needed the Dolphins to beat the Pats in their week 17 game which would have given the Jets the tiebreaker between them and the Patriots! As they watched the game together they seen their playoff hopes vanish! The Pats were just too much for the Dolphins to handle! Although they didn't make the playoffs they had some high notes that can carry over to next season!



Brandon Marshall had a stellar season leading the league in receptions with 77. Marshall, showing he may be ageing but, his skills are still here and is more than capable of being the #1 guy!

Matt Forte came up only 11 yards shy of breaking 1,000 yards in a season for the 6x in his career! Forte, had a good season as well, showing Jets ownership, his teammates and the fans he still can carry the load and that he has some life left in those legs!
