Jets would like to Move pass rushing OLB Carl Bradford to DE since we are switching to a 4-3.
At 6-1, 248, Bradford has the required weight but is 1" short of the guidelines, but with 85 finesse moves I'd life to rotate him in on the edge of my 4-3.

He's too small to me. He barely makes the weight and is too short. The guidelines are there for a reason. I looked at every player in the game when doing it. Just can't see a realistic use of him as a DE in a 4-3. But its up to the committee as a whole.

Fair point, to me his build is similar to Elvis Dumerville (5'11") who has played 4-3 DE and 3-4 OLB throughout his career depending on what system he was in

Dumerville is a rare exception and his limitations can be magnified more in real life than they can in this game.
