The Houston Texans came into a Week 6 contest against the Colts with a record of 3-1. Lead by DE JJ Watt and QB Brock Osweiler the Texans were able to prevail by a score of 45-35. 3 turnovers by the Texans prevented this game from being a blowout. An unexpected boost was provided by rookie, undrafted free agent, WR Charlton Ragland. He was able to score his first NFL touchdown on a 77 yard punt return.

Osweiler had a big day, completing 20 of 26 passes for 347 yards and 4 touchdowns. He complete at least 1 pass to 9 different targets in the game. The running game was lead by another 100 yard performance by HB Lamar Miller. He ran for 101 yards on 14 carries, and was able to reach the endzone once.

JJ Watt reminded us all why he is one of the most feared defensive players in the league, recording 5 sacks in the game. He also knocked Colts QB Andrew Luck out of the game which may have been the key to the Texans win.

A Week 7 battle against the New York Jets is next on the schedule.
