Dolphins Hire Veteran Owner

II Monarch II

Contributor
After years away from the game, the Miami Dolphins have lured ODU Monarch 011 out of retirement to try and lead this team to a championship. Enticed with a young speedy offense and a dominating defensive line, ODU Monarch will attempt to lead the Dolphins back to their rightful place atop the NFL.

Offense
The Dolphins offense is lead my young signal caller Ryan Tannehill who is poised for a breakout year. With his arm strength and short and medium accuracy, he should fit right into Coach Monarch's ball control offense.

In the backfield behind Tannehill is another young budding superstar in Lamar Miller. Coach Monarch has always been known to be a rubbing back guru of sorts and hopes the play of his young speedy running back can lead the team to great things. A pro bowl is the expectation for Lamar Miller moving forward with all pro status as the goal each and every year.

Greg Jennings is the veteran leader of this wide receiver core, and his experience and know how will prove invaluable to the Dolphins this season. Behind Jennings are three 23 or younger wide receivers all of which have great tools to pull on. The incredibly fast Kenny Stills leads this group with sure handed Jarvis Landry backing him up. The potential stud of this group is the 6'3'' rookie Devante Parker who has the size and speed to be a problem for any defense in the years to come.

Jordan Cameron has come down from Cleveland to take over for Charles Clay at the TE position. At 6'5'' and a quick release, Cameron should prove to be another person defenses have to plan for on a daily basis.

The offensive line is lead by monster left tackle Branden Albert protecting Tannehill's blindside. The center, Mike Pouncey is the time of steadying presence every line needs. Both guard spots could be an issue for the Dolphins along with right tackle, but all 3 positions are under 25 and should be able to improve as the franchise move forwards.

Defense
The strength of this Dolphins team is on the defensive line. The free agent signing of the summer came with the Dolphins signed Ndamukong Suh away from the Lions and inked to him one of the richest contracts in NFL history. He should prove worth it as an all around disruptive force on every snap. Along with Suh the Dolphins have Cameron Wake putting pressure on the opposing QB on each and every play. Olivier Vernon is also a young up and comer that will also continue to get after the passer as he learns from Wake.

The weakness on this defense may appear to be on the OLB position, but with the defensive ends and Suh getting pressure on the QB every play, the Dolphins hope to cover up some of their flaws at this position. Middle Linebacker Koa Misi could prove to be a standout performer this year as he has great quickness and awareness to rely on as well as being as sure a tackler as they come.

In the secondary the Dolphins have All Star cornerback Brent Grimes to shut down opposing teams number one WR. Brice McCain will line up on the other side of Grimes as a solid second cornerback for the Dolphins to rely on. The free safety is a bit of question mark currently for the Dolphins, but with potential all pro Reshad Jones at strong safety, the Dolphins should be able to cover up for all the potential holes with his the talent of Jones.

Special Teams
The Dolphins have likely the weakest kicker/punter combinations in the NFL but will see what they can do before looking to possibly upgrade.

Overall the Dolphins are poised for a successful year under the direction of ODU Monarch. Let's go!
