MCGLINCHEY'S HONORS & AWARDS

Outland Trophy Watch List (2016)

Lombardi Award Watch List (2016)

JUNIOR SEASON (2015): Started all 13 games at right tackle on an offensive line which was a finalist for the inaugural Joe Moore Award...part of an offensive line that helped the Irish average 5.63 rushing yards per carry (eighth-best in the FBS)

McGlinchey will bring some much needed skill to the Seahawks dreadful offensive line. He should start at right tackle and help create some room for Thomas Rawls and rookie Nick Chubb.

2nd Round

HB Nick Chubb - Georgia - 75 OVR (Superstar Dev)

It’s pretty clear that Chubb is a rare beast. His SEC production and athletic profile probably would’ve led to a top-20 grade without the injury.

Chubb ticks every box based on what the Seahawks have looked for in the past:

— Tough running style

— Size ideals (height/weight)

— Athletic profile

— Overcame adversity (injury)

The Seahawks selected Chubb in round 2 to provide a good one two punch in their run game. In 2015, Rawls was doing most of the work with Procise getting in some pass targets, but Chubbs will give the Seahawks the boost they need to establish a consistent rushing attack.
