Q: Not a very good performance, looked like the team self destructed out there today . Offensive was non-existent, besides the one drive for a touchdown. Nothing like the team we saw last week. What happened ?

Coach: Very disappointed with our game play. Alot of bad decisions on offense, blown coverage on defense, missed opportunities. The Bears pass rush was too much for our OLine . They were able to get alot of pressure on Bridgewater and we didn't make the proper adjustments. Bottom line we stunk it up bad out there at home, no excuses for that type of game.

Q: The Bears picked up 5 Sacks. It looked like Matt Kalil was out matched today. As was LG Brandon Fusco, both giving up 3 sacks, and then Sullivan picking up 2 holding calls. Why not move guys around make some changes to get the offense moving ?

Coach: Looking back, we should of probably made some adjustments. These are not rookies, I'm a little surprised at their performance However, as the coaching staff it is our job to see these things, we didn't and it cost us big.

Q: After a near perfect game last week from Bridgewater, and then this game, in which he had 3 interceptions. Any comment on that?

Coach: The pressure got to him, simple as that. He tried to make things happen when it wasn't there, and caused some major turnovers. That is definitely one of the areas we will be working on with him. He is very disappointed in his performance and its just something we need to work on.

Q: The defense played great for most the game, but during the later parts of the second half they seemed to give up. Giving up two big plays for TDs. One play that was a direct cause of blown coverage on Royals.

Coach: I think they got frustrated by the inability for the offense to keep them off the field. After awhile, they get exhausted and start slowing down. They are human so, not exactly blaming them for this loss. We needed to keep the defense better focused and prepared for games like this, and motivated to do their jobs. That didn't happen and this is what we got.

Q: During the off-season you picked Jermaine Kearse and Ruben Randle and dropped Charles Johnson in the receiver set. Randle seems to have paid off. However we have yet to see the same performance in Jermaine Kearse. This game, he only had a 2 yard reception, and in a 3rd down situation, in which he had a chance to get a 1st, he couldn't hang on to the ball. What is the situation there?

Coach: We know Kearse is a talented guy, that's why we picked him up. We are going to make some adjustments to get him in a position where he can make some plays. He is still getting used to our playbook, and adjusting to our offense. Expect to see him be better utilized in upcoming games

Q: The running game was absolutely stuffed today. Do you think you gave up on the run game too soon? Peterson was averaging close to 4 yards a carry, but only had 8 carries and McKinnon and Felton only added 2 more.

Coach: We definitely got outside of our game plan, and in looking back. I think we got in too many 3rd and long situations and relied on our passing game to bail us out, which was a coaching mistake, something we will be working on to change.

Q: Next week you face the Redskins. The fans hope for a better performance. Any thoughts going into this game?

Coach: Fans can expect to see some changes on the field in terms of lineup. We plan on doing a much better job on offense. We got that big loss out the way for the season and now time to get back to playing our game.

Good Luck next week. Hopefully you can make the proper adjustments and the fans have a reason to cheer next week.

Coach: Thank-you.
