Bolts Bounce Back
Wow! At the quarter mark, the Bolts are looking bad. Entering Week 5 at 1 win and 3 losses is not good. Rivers enters the week with 9TD and 11 Picks. Averaging nearly 3 picks per game - it's a wonder they even have one win.

But the Bolts season is not over.

Last week the Bolts held the Jets to Zero Passing TDs and this week the defense continued to deliver. They were able to hold the red hot TB Bucs and their young QB sensation, Jameis Winston to 17 for 29 with only 148 pass yards and Zero Passing TDs!

However, unlike last week, Rivers - threw zero picks!! Much improved over his last week's performance of 4 picks, with three in the fourth quarter and allowed his team to win by 7 points in Week 5! Congrats Bolts.

Bolts rookie first round pick, CB Dontrell Jordan was back after 7 weeks of injury due to a broken collarbone and was a presence on defense with 5 total tackles (3 solo) and 1 Tackle for a loss. Great to see the Bolts defense beginning to jell.

Additionally, Cameron Wake and Ingram both recorded sacks. We welcome Wake to the Bolts surging defense! The Cameron Wake up call is alive and well!!

Finally, brand new free agent, WR Jaron Brown, has really come on strong in the last two weeks with 3 TDs in 2 weeks. This week Rivers caught him for a 75 yard strike, that he took to the house for the game's only TD!

Next week the Bolts head to the much needed Bye Week where they will continue to tweak the passing game and prepare to reach the halfway point at .500!

Go Bolts!
