Both players fill a need and they are both in the last year of their respective contract. Overall is close enough as well with two veteran players making the move. I don't see any problem with this trade so I say yes.

I'm going to withhold my approval for now and see what the other guys say,

I do think the Cards are getting a pretty good deal here. Holmes is 23 and will be cheap for a new 4 year deal. He has exceptional physicals and his OVR is really only hampered by the 47s in AWR and PRC, by the end of year two with a team that develops d-line at least half the time he will be an elite 24 year old 4-3 edge rusher.

Brown is 27 and won't really get much better than he is now
