Week 16 Top Players

Starter
We are about to finish the regular season and players are putting up some big games, to help their teams in the playoff push. And for those end of season awards. So here's the best players for week 16

QB - Drew Brees - Saints

This game was an absolute shootout. Brees and Winston were both dealing dimes all over the field. They are your 2 QBS to make the list this week. But Brees and the Saints were just a bit better. Brees finished 23-32 for 351 yards and 3 TDS. The Saints were down 21-14 going into the forth, but Brees once again led a forth quarter comeback. His Saints put up 17 points in the forth to beat the Bucs 31-28. Brees is having another great season, and could be on his way to another OPOY and Top QB award.

RB - Devonta Freeman - Falcons

Freeman was unstoppable this week, as the Falcons blasted to Panthers 38-17. Freeman was the main reason for that. He had 149 yards on 15 carries and 3TDS. Freeman went over 1,000 yards with this game and his TD total is now up to 15. He's one of the main reasons the Falcons are cruising into the playoffs with a 12-4 record. He also might just take home the Top RB award for the NFC also. And if he runs like this in the playoffs, he could take home the Lombardi Trophy also.

WR - Dez Bryant - Cowboys

The Monday night game was the Cowboys vs Lions. And you know on Monday Night, the stars try to show out. And Dez Bryant definitely showed out in this one. He snagged 7 passes for 151 yards and 2 TDS. 1 of those TDS was a 53 yarder, which Bryant caught a comeback route, and it appeared some little kid tried tackling him but Bryant gave him a nasty stiff arm and strolled into the end zone. The Cowboys are out of the playoff picture this year, but the connection that Dez and Dak have made, plus Zeke. Watch out for this team next season.

Defense - TJ McDonald JR - Rams

The 3rd year safety from USC might have had the best game of the year for a defensive player. He was a turnover machine this week. He had 5 tackles, 1 FL, 1 INT, 1 FF, 1FR, and the int, he also took that 91 yards for a TD. He's been great all season, leading his team in tackles, forced fumbles, and fumble recoveries. And when he gets the ball in his hands he can make plays. He has 2TDS on the year and 176 return yards. How this guy isn't on the list for DPOY and best CB is ridiculous.
