Because of the limited schedule, we will allow up to 3 trades a year. To be able to process a trade, it must be posted in the transactions thread. The trade will be voted on by the committee, once it passes then it may be submitted in game, then it will go to a league vote in game. If it passes both of those stages then the trade will go through. No rating threshold on trades, due to the 2 stage process. When posting a trade, it must be put in the Transactions thread and titled "Rangers-Nationals Trade, or whatever team you are. You must tag both users and committee, then post players name, age, overall, position, potential, and contract.

In return, the Reds would pick up #1 prospect southpaw Henry Owens along with #2 prospect catcher Blake Swihart ... this move allows the Reds to add youth and clear out some money in hopes of making a big splash during the offseason

We went ahead and shut this trade down. Reason being a team doesn't give up their top 2 prospects of their organization. Bailey is not that high in demand to give up their top prospects, even though there is a pitching prospect in here from te reds. We don't see a team making this trade.
