PITTSBURGH LOSES BUT STILL HAVE A CHANCE!

The Pittsburgh Steelers (6-6) came in to the game with the gameplan to go after the Cincinnati Bengals (7-5) early and often, and on the first drive on the shoulders of runningback Le'veon Bell they methodically marched down the field. On a very effective drive Big Ben reluctantly throws a gift straight to linebacker Vernon Burfict and unfortunately Roethlisberger was never truly his old self throwing a pick six not too long after. JimmyTerpLord relied heavily on the '3-Bs' to come in and make the biggest difference and all but the Quarterback delivered. Antonio Brown finished the game with 6 receptions for 119 yards while Le'veon Bell carried the ball 19 times for 70 yards and 2 touchdowns. The Steelers biggest downfall was by the defensive backs who blew coverages many times in 3rd and long conversions which would have allowed the Steelers to potentially win the game.

The Cincinnati Bengals came in and executed pretty well behind the arm of their quarterback Cooper Rush who went 12/18 for 251 yards and 3 touchdowns 1 interception. Jrk1d after the game said;

"I feel that Cooper made some mistakes but also made really good plays. The offense now has a pulse, as we look to make a playoff push."

Another key contributor to the Bengals is the controversial runningback Joe Mixon, who in the first half gashed the defense and ran over them at will. In the second half the defense made clear adjustments to lessen his effect by stacking the box and limiting him toward the end. Mixon finished with 81 yards off of 20 carries dictating the games pace, ultimately to a major win!

With the loss to division rival Bengals the Pittsburgh Steelers will now look to claim a spot in the wildcard to keep their playoff hopes alive they must now win out versus the Ravens, Patriots, and Browns.
