The Necessary Roughness Football League and owners majesty95 and BigTexas18 have agreed in principle to seel they stake in their teams, the Minnesota Vikings and Cleveland Browns respectively. Under the agreement majesty95 would sell the Vikings and then purchase the Houston Texans. BigTexas18 would sell the browns and purchase the Dallas Cowboys. The deal puts each owner in control of their local team.

The agreement allows for each owner to have the option to re-sign players with their current team (allowing the CPU and its balance of available funds to re-sign players for the new team). This was deemed an equitable solution as owners cannot bring their funds with them to their new franchises.

The swap of team is expected to take place in the next day or so pending no staunch opposition is posed by other league members. If any members wish to raise issue they must do so in this thread or forever have their voices downed out by the "yahoo's" and cattle calls of the new fans in Texas.
