It didn't take the new owner long to create buzz in Tennessee as he called on assistant GM to make an announcement. New assistant GM Eddie George quickly put to rest something that the owner had been upset about for a while. And it was now known to all.

And with that, the new owner's reign in Tennessee begins. The former basketball coach was disappointed as league commish team blocked his pending sale of the Buffalo Bills. So instead he ended up in Tennessee but he brought along some friends with him.
OFFENSE - Offensive coordinator Thurman Thomas brings over the Buffalo Bills playbook to open things up. Expect the bills to play to Mariota's strenghts and play a bunch out of shotgun and pistol. The running attack should be solid and if the wide receivers can develop this offense has the potential to be special.
Defense - Defensive coordinator Bruce Smith brings an attacking 4-3 defense to Tennessee. It might take a little while for the right personnel to get in place, but when it does watch out.
