Tampa Bay, Florida -

In 2014 the hopes of Buccaneer nation were swiftly extinguished and the fan base gave up on the team. After former owner Malcolm Glazer sold his ownsership of the Bucs to a local Army veteran everyone is hoping the team will begin to restore itself to the former glory it once enjoyed under the tutelage of Tony Dungy. While these hopes currently seem lofty at best, they are very attainable with some hard work and determination. Lets take a quick look at the roster in 2015.

Quarterback:
Picked 1st overall in the 2015 NFL Draft QB Jameis "Jaboo" Winston figures to be a polarizing figure on this years roster. Essentially this team will only go as far as the play of Jaboo takes them. As has been said many times aroun the NFL, all teams need a franchise QB to take the final step and compete for trophies and the glory of a Super Bowl. If Winston does struggle or goes down with injury the Bucs currently have a serviceable and even moderately talented QB named Mike Glennon. Glennon found himself in most fans dog house after 2 dismal years in 2013 and 2014 despite putting up respectable numbers.
Running Back:
This stable of backs is not the flashiest outfit, but they are reliable and provide versatility. Doug Martin will be healthy for the for the first time in nearly two years. Will he be ready to prove he is worth an extension of his rookie contract?
Wide Receiver:
This is easily the Buccaneers most talented position group in 2015. Led by Vincent Jackson and Mike Evans along with other supporting cast they could really breakout if Jaboo performs at even an average level. Mike Evans will need to stay healthy and demonstrate that he is ready to be the go to man in Tampa Bay.

Tight End:
Another deep group that needs to step up its game this season. Austin Seafarian-Jenkins has been a major disapointment in Tampa after being drafted in the first round of the 2014 Draft.
Offensive Line:
Led by veteran left guard Logan Mankins this unit will need to patch together something fast to provide Jaboo enough protection to light up the scoreboard. Rookie lineman Donovan Smith and Ali Marpet are huge question marks, but if they pan out this line could quickly become a strength of the team.
