Georgiafan's thoughts

The rams are a interesting team that has went through a lot of changes this year going from elite user team to cpu team to now a 1st year owner. They are sitting at 3-1 now but they have a very tough stretch coming up with bears, seahawks, Cardinals and Packers. It will be tough to get 1 win from those 4 games and 2 would be a small miracle for a 1st year owner.

The cowboys shocking only have 4 user games left which is either a blessing or a curse depending on your point of view. I think its a blessing

The bears next 6 games are not just plan not fair with rams, lions, packers, bills, cards, lions when you factor in his last 2 games was against the bucs and cowboys. I'm not sure if seen a stretch that bad in 4 years.

Don't sleep on the lions who started off with 2 tough user games and are also adjusting to a new team. I expect him to make the playoffs this year.

The bucs have 2 very winnable CPU games then a bye week so I don't see them going anywhere for atleast another month.

Georgiafan's thoughts

The bucs losing this week was a shock as I didn't see that one coming. They get a bye and then a tough division game with the falcons.

Looks like the CPU seahawks are back to reality with 3 straight losses

a sneaky good game with Falcons vs CPU saints and its a must win game for the falcons. They have a easy schedule coming up outside of a game with bucs they don't play a user team will week 14.

A huge NFC west game this for both teams that one will say a lot about who wins the division as they rams would go 4-0 in division if they win.

Georgiafan's thoughts

The falcons took care of business last night with 2 wins vs the CPU setting up a big game next week for 1st place vs the Bucs who have a bye week.

Trying to figure out who is leading the NFC west makes my heads hurt with one team 3-2-1 and another 4-3. The Cardinals have struggled vs CPU teams this week but they cant afford to lose with the rams on a bye week.

Huge showdown in the NFC north this week with packers vs Bears and more of a must win game for the packers after they lose to CPU last week.

Cowboys losing last week opened the door up for the redskins and both of these teams play CPU games this week that can be tough.

While I think the AFC has more elite teams I think the NFC has more depth making it where a few good teams will not make the postseason.

Georgiafan's thoughts
Before we get to week 12 we got the main event of Bears vs Lions where the bears can unofficially win the division with a win. I say this because this is the last game of the brutal stretch they have and after this week they have mostly CPU games left and would have a 2 game lead.

The falcons dropping 2 in a row was a surprise and I think he said he may not have time to play his game for week 12 vs the CPU. With a game vs the Bucs coming up his margin for error is very low.

The packers have struggled with CPU teams more then anyone in the league I think. So they get another test in game on paper they should win easy. But the Vikings did beat them earlier. If they can win it would be huge for them as some of the other teams will lose in week 11/12.

Don't forget about the CPU Saints who are 5-4 and have 2 CPU games coming up. Its hard to project whats gonna happen in those but I would think atleast 1 win in those 2 games. They also have 3 more CPU games later in the year in Panthers, Eagles and Ravens so 5 total for them with user games vs Falcons and Bucs.

I have said all along I think the lions will make the playoffs and they have 2 blockbuster games that will be coming up over the weekend with Bears and Bills. They just need to find a way to win one of them.

We all know how hard it is to make playoffs year 1 and Rams are still alive but I don't think they will make it. They have a rough schedule left with games vs Seahawks, Broncos, Raiders, Cards

The bucs will win the south

The cowboys will win the east

Georgiafan's thoughts

once again the NFC is more wide and harder to figure out then the AFC espically the last wildcard spot which seems to change on a weekly basis.

The cowboys now have some competition in the east with only a 1 game lead over the Giants but the cowboys do have the tiebreakers. Even if they lose the remaining 2 user games I still think they win the east.

A similar thing for the Cardinals in the west who have to now fight off the Rams and Seahawks. The Cardinals should gain some ground this week with a win vs the 49ers and then a Rams loss to the Broncos.

Bears and lions both play CPU teams this week and neither of them typically lose those games so they should win this week.

Another CPU lost by the packers last week really hurt but they should get back on track vs the Jets this week.

The Falcons play the Saints who lost last week to another CPU team. This the kind of game the Falcons should and must win to keep the lead over the Packers for the final spot.

2 CPU-CPU games have playoff implications

Georgiafan's thoughts

The bucs will clinch the #1 seed with a win this week which would make the bears the #2 seed. That would allow both teams to rest starters for week 17 if they would like to.

The cowboys will clinch the division this week when the Giants lose to the Jags. If not then they can clinch it vs the CPU colts.

The packers must win vs the lions if they want to make the playoffs. They would lose the tiebreaker to the falcons if they finish with the same record. If they win they would get the tiebreaker over the lions.

The cardinals can clinch the division with a win vs 49ers or a rams lose vs the Eagles. If those don't happen that would set up a interesting week 17 game vs the 2 teams.

The falcons have a sneaky game vs the redskins this week keep a eye on this one. They can't afford a loss this week as they play the lions week 17 which could be huge for both teams.

I would project the Cardinals will win and get the #3 seed so that would set them up to play the loser vs the Lions/Falcons in the first round of the playoffs.

But none of the 5 teams playing tonight have much to gain by winning so it will be interesting to see who chooses to play people and who chooses to sit guys. I personally don't see a difference in any of the 4 teams seeds 3-6. What I mean by that is any of the 4 are capable of winning vs the other 3 teams.
