Press: Great win in Lambo field. Defense was working on all cylinders today. The defensive line really taking it to the Packers offense line. Different look from them, they haven't been getting the penetration they got today. 4 sacks in one game, prior to this no sacks outside of the game against Chicago. What changes did you make in preparation for this game ?

Coach: Our plan was to really get after their run game. We knew they like to run, and felt if we could do that the our pass defense would able to handle the rest. In doing so, we saw we were able to get some good pressure on Rodgers. I wasn't expecting 4 sacks today, but I'm very happy with the hustle the guys showed out there today.

Press: The team is winning and, now leading the NFC north, but going down the stretch, fans are concerned of the lack of a running game and started to ask for a change, what is your response to that?

Coach: We are aware of how our running game has not been that exciting, but it's done enough. We've found other ways to get Peterson evolved that has been effective. Today he caught 5 receptions and got a few big 1st downs we needed. It's not our typical approach, we've been known in the past for our running game. However, things have changed, and we're working with it. At this time , when you are winning, may not be the best time to change things up.

Press: Speaking of Peterson, last year of his contract. Do you expect to re-sign him?

Coach: We'll handle that when we get to it. He still has a lot of play in him. Still early in the season to worry about that. We'll see where the season takes us and make a decision at that time that suits both parties.

Press: Bridgewater, did very well this game. Seemed very composed, offensive line gave him decent time to make plays. He didn't go for many big plays down field. Was that intentional ?

Coach: We have worked hard on getting him more disciplined, to not try and force the ball. He does a good job of making his reads, and takes what he feels at the time are best open options. We've found more success getting the ball down field in smaller chunks, and less turnovers. Our receivers are very capable, as you saw today with Kearse's one handed catch, but the Packers have a decent secondary, so you don't want to take too many chances if you don't need to.

Press: Next week you host the Bengals, a team that likes to run the ball, and had quite a bit of success there. Also has had a number of turnovers as well. Any thoughts on this matchup?

Coach: We prepare like we always do, regardless of the other teams record. Any team can beat you at any given time if you take them for granted. So we'll put out our best effort and devise a plan that hopefully keeps us in the winning column.

Press: Alright, good luck next week, thanks for your time and insights.
