During Weeks 3 and 4 of the preseason, you may signed up to 3 players. However, only one of those players may be 70 OVR or higher and you may only sign one player per position (ex. only one DE, only on LB, etc). This is to help guys fill out their rosters but prevent one person from getting on and signing all of the good free agents. If you need more than 3 players, you can sign unlimited played 59 OVR or below or you can just wait until Week 4 when you can sign 3 more players per this rule.
Please pay attention to these rules and follow them. Failure to do so will lead to forfeiture of all signings for that week (meaning you will have to release every player that you signed) and the following week (ie you will not be able to sign players that week either).
