Owner Easy E, from what we understand has just wrapped up negotiations with the Browns owner Big Tex, to relocate Brett Hundley to Cleveland!! On the brink of what should be an NFC vs. AFC showdown between the two organizations it is strikingly odd to see the teams partake in trade negotiations. Odd or not the deal was done, Hundley was seen cleaning out his locker today after practice with what looked like mixed emotions. Hundley has waited patiently for his time to shine here in Green Bay, but with Mettenberger's solid performance since his arrival from Tennessee, it seems this deal solidifies Rodgers backup for now.

Aaron Rodgers suffered a serious injury a week ago in Glendale, AZ. It has now been confirmed, he will sit for at least a month with fractured ribs. Mettenberger took the field immediately to finish the game. In the Packers recent showing against the Redskins, the young backup threw for 215 yards and completed 17 of his 23 attempts. With over a 70% completion percentage and the best rushing defense in the league playing lights out, the Packers finished the game shutting out the Redskins and sending them back to Washington.
The Browns will come to Lambeau Field coming off a frustrating performance against the Vikings throwing 5 interceptions. Reporters have confirmed the poor QB performance in the Vikings game sent Hundley packing and on a flight to Cleveland. As the two teams turn their eyes towards another it should make for an exciting Week 6 matchup considering Johnny "football" looks like, Johnny "where's my contract" as reports also confirm Hundley was taking 1st team reps in practice while Johnny watched! Could this mean Hundley will get his NFL debut against the team that just sent him packing? I will be glued to the tube when this game breaks and my suggestion would be fans... do the same!! This is gonna be you don't wanna miss, battle of young QB's, AFC vs. NFC, and playoff hopeful teams knock em around football people!! We can't Wait!!
