I'm going to vote no because of the penalty. This would put the Rams $1.2M away from the max. We also don't know what these draft picks will be. Will they be mid round or late? For me, I'd rather revisit this in the offseason when the penalty is possibly lower and we know where the picks will be.

While the penalty is within limits, the Inability to know where these picks are going to be in the draft order makes this difficult to value. I vote no, but I'd gladly revisit this in the off-season when the picture will be clearer.
