Hey guys,

A couple of things really quick. We are updating the trade policy and implementing one for submitting game results. Please read and adjust accordingly.
  • New Trade Policy - Once you submit a trade to the trade committee you are agreeing to either trade that player to the team which the trade was proposed or keep that player for the remainder of the season (or next season if in the offseason) providing you do not like the suggestions of the committee. All shopping of players should be done before submitting a proposal. When you submit a proposal to the committee, you are saying you have shopped the player as much as you are willing to and will either deal him to the team you have agreed with (pending the committee approves) or keep him for the remainder of the season, or next season) if you do not like the committee's suggestions.
  • Trade Requirements - All trades must now include screenshots of the attributes page for each player being traded from Daddy Leagues. This can be done by taking a screen shot from your phone or doing a screen grab on your PC or laptop and cropping it to just the player profile and selecting "Upload a file" when creating the thread.
  • Submission of Game Results - All game results should be submitted by the winning team (and only the winning team) within 24 hours of the game being played (within 30 minutes ideally). The losing team should then confirm within 24 hours. If a game is not submitted by the winning team within 24 hours the losing team should submit and send a PM to their opponent, majesty95 and pack1797 acknowledging that they have not received a game result and have done so themselves. If the game result is not submitted with 24 hours by the winning team, they will have their next CPU game simmed to a loss. If losing team does not confirm a submitted game result within 24 hours they will have their next CPU game simmed to a loss. If a game does not get submitted within 48 hours by either team, both teams will have their next CPU game simmed to a loss.
The new trade processes will help the trade committee make more informed decisions and help save them time when approving trades. The new policy on game results simply holds guys accountable to doing what they agreed to in the rules and guidelines and keeps us from having to audit them as closely, thus saving both Matt and myself time.

Thank you for your attention to these matters!

Mike and Matt
