Hey guys.

I'll start this off by saying that we are overall very happy with how season one has gone. There have been some minor issues along the way, but all in all it's gone pretty smoothly. We look forward to things only getting better with new owners coming on board, and our first year owners having a season under their belts and ready to hit season 2 wide open. Yes, we've lost some guys, but as most of you know, that's the nature of the business. So congratulations and thank you for helping to make both my and Mike's job easier. Just a quick note going in to season two. As you know, you are allowed to change your play books in the off season. That being said, as of season 2:
We will no longer allow the Eagles, Raiders, or Dolphins offensive play books to be used by any user team. The reason for this is that all have a high percentage of shotgun formations and mostly zone runs. Running from shotgun, especially zone, can be too effective at times against the AI defenders. Secondly, and most importantly, the limited amount of under center formations makes it very difficult for owners to mix up their formations properly without penalizing their play success rate.

I'll end this post by offering everyone in the league a chance to offer feedback or suggestions on how to improve our league experience. If you have an idea, please speak up. While we obviously won't be able to "Grant wishes", we will take any well reasoned and presented idea under serious consideration.

Thanks again
Matt and Mike

Majesty good move moving each league to the top makes it easier to find.

I don't have any specific advice as far league rules and stuff goes bc like I have said before this is my first ever online league so I'm just sitting back and learning. I might have more of those after season 2 when i get more of a fell for everything. I do wish that more of the teams would post more outside of the scheduling thread. I think it helps when u get to know the user better and makes the games mean more.

But most important and its safe to say that I speak for the entire league when I say thank you majesty and pack for all the hard work y'all do. We all have jobs or families or kids and this gives us something to look forward to when we get home at night.

My only thing I would say to look at is punts. I have noticed we have a lot of players that kick the ball out of bounds on every punt. I understand kicking away from a guy but it doesn't feel like kicking it out of bounds on every punt is an answer either...just my two cents

I'd say unless u can punt the ball out of bounds inside the 20 then u should be punting to the player to field it ... I go w that approach almost every time ... If I can put it out of bounds inside the 20 then I'm aiming for the sideline

I'm glad y'all bring that up bc it has been something that has bugged me. You don't see NFL teams punting the ball out of bounds every punt. I agree with Shawn that unless it's inside the 20 you should be punting in bounds and also not kicking line drives

I would agree with inside the 20 kicks could go sidelines just due to the fact you cant really control the spin and things like that in game. It would be fun to see some special teams having a chance to play since even now most kicks are back of the endzone.
