Orioles are trading a 3.5 star young CF (Luis Terrero) to compete for a starting spot for the Cardinals, he provides a lot of great fielding strengths to what they want to build.
Cardinals are trading a 3.5 star RP (George Sherrill) who is 28 to help boost the Orioles bullpen as well as a starter who may compete for a starting spot in the Baltimore rotation, a 2 star SP (John Lackey).

Cardinals agree

Were getting a CF who can replace Luis Gonzalez in CF who is getting up there in age, and im more then happy to let Sherill and Lackey go because they just didnt pan out the way id like, so for me this is a WIN win

I'm voting no. a 2.5 star reliever is like a 1.5-2.0 star position player or SP. Lackey's control makes him unlikely to contribute at the ML level so he doesnt add much for me. I'd like to see a 3.5-4.0 star reliever plus Lackey or a couple of 2.5 stars position players/starting pitchers
