Welcome to the first annual MLB The Show tournament hosted by PX1 Sports. The tournament will take place on the PlayStation 4 system. Each round will be a best-of-three series. All games will be streamed on Twitch. All results will be recorded on our new player rankings leaderboard. Exact start date is still to be determined (likely starting date is June 25th or 26th). Prizes are still TBD as well (Minimum prize is a $25 PSN card for the winner).

One question that has been posed was how will the schedule go and when will it start.

I'd like to have at least 8 teams, possibly 16. Hopefully we can start THU or FRI. Each round would be 1-2 days to allow for scheduling.

Hope that explains it a little better.

We actually ran this and got to game 3 of the final series and the two guys never played it out :( Guess they didn't want to lose it more than they wanted to win it lol

I would assume not, but if lots of people get the show and there is interest with 1 trusted person wanting to run it then we could look into it.

Online play for The Show has always been plagued by lag.

The tourney was frustrating to run. We did three-game series each round and trying to get guys to schedule was a pain.
