The Marlins have agreed to send 17 year old Jose Altuve to the Brewers for 21 year old Jonny Venters. The Marlins look to add another arm to their rotation who could be a 1 or 2 for us and the Brewers look to add a young talent to their farm system who could be starting for them for many years to come once he gets called up. Both players are on team friendly deals, Altuve being on a minor league deal and Venters on a $350,000 major league contract. Both players have 4 star potentials, Venters just happens to be MLB ready now while Altuve will take a season or two to develop, which he has been doing very well so far in my farm system.
