Falcons claim NFC south title

Good teams find ways to win. It was an ugly outing for Atlanta. They played a hard fought defensive game, as Matt Ryan played his worst game of the season by far and the offense simply looked inept. The defense kept cam in check, but a late touchdown put the Panthers atop 17-13. With just 4 minutes remaining, how would atlanta react? As Head coach Dan Quinn said in a post game press conference, "we just had to reach down and find our toughness." They found it. Coleman pounded the ball down the Panthers throat, seeking redemption following his poor performance in their last meeting. Devonta Freeman capped off the drive with a 1 yard TD and that was all she wrote.
"It feels good to be back on top of this division, but there's plenty of work to do. We've got out eyes set on that title, but New Orleans is our final opponent, and we won't be taking them lightly. We need this victory to rest up our guys on a bye week" Quinn stated.
Expect a dogfight in the Georgia dome in week 17, as new Orleans plays for pride and the ATL for the #2 seed
