Judging by Bell's salary, and recent talk in live chat, I'm gonna go on a limb here and assume that Luis franchise tagged Bell? In this offseason? Let me know if I'm incorrect in this. If that's the case, you cannot trade a player in the same year that you franchise tagged him, as no team would realistically do this. If that is the case, I veto. If not, let me know. Sorry fellas.
