The Cleveland Browns bounced back in dominating fashion this week as they defeated the St. Louis Rams 31-10. The Browns were actually able to put together an offense today and their defense did what they usually do.
Zach Mettenberger was on today. Putting in his best performance of the season. With a QBR of 146.6 and completing 12 of 16 passes for 163 yds and 2 TD's. Zach showed exactly why Cleveland wanted him running their offense. Sparks of eliteness.Can he continue these dominating performances? Cleveland sure hopes so.
A man who as of late as looked down and depressed with his role in the offense put the team on his back. Rushing for a career high 209 yds on 24 att with a TD, all while averaging 8.9 yards a carry. Ray Rice was all smiles after this one. "It feels great showing everyone I still have a lot of gas left in the tank. I'm beyond happy in Cleveland. Ignore the rumors. I'm so happy to be playing ball again." said Rice. With all the question marks surrounding this man in the past, Cleveland looks to resign him in the off-season.
Josh Gordon proved yet again just how ridiculous he is! Late in the 3rd quarter it looked as if the Rams had an INT. Gordon came out of no where and STOLE the int and walked in for the TD. This man is on FIRE right now. Can any secondary slow him down?
Joe Haden has turned it up in recent weeks. Hauling in his 3rd int of the season this week. It took a few weeks but Joe is slowly transitioning into Pro Bowl form.
