At first glance I'm not sure Beasley is a starting caliber player as he is a #4WR in my eyes. The 7th rounder judging from last year shows that players overall is low to mid 60's In this league. Powers zone coverage makes him a nickel option to me.

I would prob lean more toward making it a 6th instead of a 7th because once Beasleys speed drops he won't have any value though powers will start to decline soon as he is 30
