The Buccaneers and Titans brought both the #1 overall and #2 overall drafted QB's into this week 1 matchup. However, the real show stopper was the hard nosed running of rookie running back Jeremy Langford. Recently cut from Chicago's roster Langford had 127 yards rushing on 27 carrries and 2 TD. The Titans running back Bishop Sankey was equally impressive after rookie QB Marcus Mariotta missed a majority of the game with an abdominal issue suffered during a questionable shot just near the visiting sideline.
The Bucs will be looking to week 2 where they will travel to New Orleans to take on the rival Saints at the always tough Mercedes-Benz Superdome.
