What a day to be a Cleveland sports fan. Your Cavaliers are coming of a Championship win. And your Cleveland Browns start off the Season 2-0.
There is still a long road ahead nothing is won yet. Although there are some great things to hold on to thus far.
With new head coach Hugh Jackson. Defense is the big focus this year. You can see on the field his new scheme already coming together. Pressure when rushing the passer. Holding the running game to almost nothing. Reading and reacting to whenever the ball is in the air. This defense is young but wants to be the best.
While on the other hand the offense is still trying to find common ground. Only putting up 25 points through the first 2 games. There's much talent on the offensive side as we look the unlock it. Rookie Corey Coleman is already making his mark with 8 catches for 115 yards. Veteran QB RGIII getting the opportunity to play again isn't putting up staggering numbers but he is playing effectly and being a manger of the game.
We hope to get the RB battle settled soon to open the offense up a little more.
Heading to Miami we hope the offense can settle in and take it the Dolphins and not just leave all up to the defense.
