Same as before, hoping to make a push for the World Series, the Chicago White Sox have agreed to send 3 of their top prospects and an MLB player [Andrew Dalquist (SP), Jared Kelley (SP), Colson Montgomery (3B) and Josh Harrison (2B)] to the Miami Marlins in exchange for Jazz Chisholm Jr (2B). Chicago's management believes they are in a position to compete for a championship this year and are willing to mortgage their future to bring in the excitement and energy that Jazz brings to an organization. The Marlins do not believe they are in a position to compete for the World Series in the next few seasons and want to continue building for the future by bringing in 3 young promising prospects and a replacement MLB stater. Both managers believe that this trade is in the best interest of both organizations.
