Starter
There is a new Owner in Denver and looking to build on the recent success of the team. There are some new faces added into the mix along with the old.
Firstly we will look into the offensive side of the ball.
QB: We have 4 QBs on the roster atm with Trevor Siemian leading the way. Rookie Chad Kelly and 2nd year player Paxton Lynch fighting for the 2nd spot. Brock Oswelier is the unknown atm with how he will fit into the team.
RB: With the Addition of Jamaal Charles it adds another element to the offense to go along with C.J. Anderson. 2nd year pro Devontae Booker looks to get into the mix and earn some play time.
WR: We are really happy with the talent we have at this spot. Emmanuel Sanders in recent years has came into his own and has became a huge threat. Along Side him we have Demaryius Thomas. He will be the vocal point of the receiving core. The younger guys will need to step up and take some pressure off these two.
TE: Virgil Green is the guy here. He will be looking to have a break out year. The rookie out of Michigan Jake Butt will see a fair amount of play time grooming him to the guy in the future.
OL: As a whole we have a solid group of guys. A nice mix of young and veteran players will keep the core of this group around for a long time to come. Could look into getting depth here either through draft or trades.
LE: Derek Wolfe is a solid player that gets after the qb and stuffs the run quite nicely. We are very happy with him at this spot.
RE: Jared Crick is the starter at the moment. We will be actively looking to upgrade this spot ASAP. Another option that we are considering is putting Von or Shane Ray at this spot.
DT: Another spot we are thin on and will need to look to gain depth and upgrades.
LOLB: Shaquil Barrett out of Colorado St. is a nice young player that has great all around skills. He can rush the passer or drop into coverage. Only in his 3rd year has a lot of room to group and get even better.
MLB: Brandon Marshall... no not that Brandon Marshall the other one locks up the middle for us. He has been a stud in years past and looks to keep up that up. Next to him in our 3-4 defense is Todd Davis. A nice young player looking to improve and get better
ROLB: The man the myth the legend VON MILLER!!!! Von is the man. This season he will be looking to get after the QB and go for the Sack record. Backing him up is youngster Shane Ray. Ray will be getting his share of play time at both OLBs and maybe even some DE.
CB: NO FLY ZONE!!! Aqib Tablib and Chris Harris JR. lead the charge followed by the young Bradley Roby. The experience and skill we have at this spot will make things a living hell for QBs. Between Von getting after QBs and then QBs having to throw at these guys make us excited for things to come.
FS: Veteran Darian Stewart back here. Solid player will be looking to get younger at this spot sooner rather than later.
SS: Justin Simmons the youngest is slotted in as the starter. We have high hopes for him to get better and be a lock down SS in the years to come.
