To help organize it in my brain (from the Sox perspective):
Kela (22 y/o 35/65 RP) becomes Strop (29 y/o 65/65 RP)
Span (30 y/o 55/55 CF) becomes Revere (27 y/o 55/55 CF)
Margot (20 y/o 45/50 CF) becomes Pinetta (22 y/o 25/55 SP)
Yastrzemski (24 y/o 40/45 LF) becomes Mallard (23 y/o 30/40 SP)
Aguilar (25 y/o 40/40 1B) becomes Beeks (21 y/o 25/40 SP)
That works out to an average of a 24.2 y/o 43/51 for a 24.4 y/o 40/51, which is pretty damn close. It also fits the Sox pushing for the playoffs and the Twins doing some rebuilding, with some balancing of the systems by exchanging surplus pitching prospects for surplus hitting prospects. I like it: approved as proposed!
