This one is a little nuanced.

The Twins get rid of an expiring contract in Strop as well as an unhappy CF. In return, they get an expiring contract in Span, a potential replacement for Revere in Margot and a few marginal big leaguers to provide system depth.
Red Sox
Boston adds a piece to the bullpen for a possible playoff run and a longer-term and younger CF in Revere. They also get three young arms to helpadd depth to the #2 ranked farm system in baseball.
