Expos Trade: SS J.P. Crawford

Mets Trade: RP Greg Holland

Expos are looking for bullpen help and trade for a big option in that department. JP is expendable with our infield going into the season.

Mets are looking to move Holland as he is unhappy with his current situation not being the closer. They are going younger as well.

Are the Mets accepting of the contract and also with the money stuff? Add those screenshots if you can. Also maybe some of their recent stats!

Unfortunately, I'm a no on this one. You just don't see closer-level RP traded for single meh-level prospects. Preferably replace Crawford with a better one, though maaaybe you could get away with adding another one about as good instead.

I'm going to have to say no as well. Crawford has struggled two out of his three tenures in A ball and I don't see it being a fair value for a CL. Needs more value on the Expos side for me.

Yeah, this one doesn't make sense to me. A closer has more value than a guy who is at best a utility backup.
