What's the happiness rating? Its not quite that old. 17 years is usually when teams start looking in real life but 20 is usually when they get approved. What is the reason you want to switch? As I mentioned in Group Me, you may actually make less money bc you are adding $2-3M per week in expenses. Considering you have $34M i'm not thinking you really need it for the funds...

So don't reno. Lol. The purpose of those is to increase fan happiness. I just don't think ur gonna make any more money and are going to add an extra $30-40M in expenses per year.
