Cardinals are looking for some OF help and really like Skip has a player and is happy to give 2 pitching prospects in order to do so:

Angles agree to the trade. We acquire two top 200 pitching prospects and make room for our #2 overall prospect Dexter Fowler to start in RF.

Not sure how I feel about this because Skip is an MLBer and top tier OF for 2 guys who are likely to be MiL lifers. Yeah they have decent potential ratings but as far as their pitch attribute potential goes it isn’t great. Don’t want to bust balls but I can’t approve

Skip is 27 with a career MLB WAR of 3.4 over 389 games played in the MLB. Great leader, good speed and good defender but not sure he is top tier. My #2 prospect in Dexter Fowler will be replacing him in RF. But whatever the committee decides on is fine with me.

asizzle06 ShaneM86 The career stats should be under game log on the bottom right of their profile. Maybe the 1984 PC doesnt show that much :p That is easier if it shows.

With that being said, I think both SPs have potential to earn a spot. I also agree that shumaker isnt a world beater. I'll vote yes
