The Chicago Cubs and the California Angels have agreed to a massive trade. The Cubs trade away youth in order to get a generational player in Edmonds. The Angels are able to start their rebuild with a future ace.

After looking this over, I'm going to say it's approved. Edmonds was on the market for a while and this is the result. While it may not seem like the haul you'd expect for a 28 year old star, the market dried up. Tim is still on track to be an ace/2 starter and the other prospects can be mlb/AAAA guys for sure.
