Good evening for all you football fans out there. This is Joshua Darlon reporting live from the campus of USC where new owner Tyler Smith is having Rams training camp. I spoke with Mr. Smith just a little while ago and he had told me that this season will be one for the ages. I asked him to elaborate and he said "Just watch and see." The Rams then had a little 11 on 11 scrimmage think spring game in college. Where Todd Gurley broke a 55 yard run on what was a trap play for a touchdown. I just stood in amazement as the season hasn't started yet and Gurley looked like he didn't even have an offseason, so if I'm Smith that makes me very happy. Qb Jared Goff was looking a little on the wild side but hey first week jitters will do that to ya. I also spoke to head coach Sean McVay about his hiring of defensive coordinator Wade Phillips. McVay said the reason he went with Wade was because of his style of coaching where he expects 100% out of his players on every play, and how the 3-4 will be something to watch for in this new Rams team. To wrap this up I will give my opinion on what I think the Rams record will be and why. I think the best this team right now can be is 10-6 but they will miss out of the playoffs due to a stacked NFC West with Arizona and Seattle. They split the games with all teams in the conference and beat Indianapolis week 1 and Washington week 2. They then start a 2 game road stand at San Francisco (W) then at Dallas (L). Then here comes Seattle in La and the Rams escape with a 27-24 victory. Then they head down to Jacksonville where they cant stop Leonard Fournette and he scores 2 td's for a 28-14 victory and the Rams become 4-2 on the season. Then its off to the U.K for a battle with Arizona and we cross the pond with a narrow 17-14 victory. We then have a week to relax before we take on the New York Giants and walk out of there with a 35-28 victory. Then Houston comes to town and Deshawn Watson wins the game 27-24. Then we go to Minnesota and escape with a hard fought 13-10 victory. Then comes the New Orleans Saints and Drew Breese throws for 300 yards but cant overcome the Rams defense as the Rams win 35-17. Then the month of December hits and the Rams play at Arizona who beats us 28-14, then Philadelphia comes to town as we just run all over them for a score of 35-17. Then we go to Seattle and man we aint walking outta there with a win.... 35-14 Seattle wins. Then we go to Tennessee and Marcus Mariota throws for 300 yards and 2 touchdowns and runs 1 in to win it, by a score of 28-21. And to Finish the season off we play San Francisco at home and we escape with a narrow 28-27 victory. The Rams look to build off of last season and lets hope this comes to be truth. For now I am Joshua Darlon, Good Night LA stay happy.
