Alright ladies and gentlemen with week 10 in the books its time to take a look at the new Top 5 Power Rankings. Let me tell you what, they may not even look close to what they did going into week 10 with some of these teams losing or a couple of the outside looking in teams out performing the top 5 already. Lets get started.

1. Tampa Bay Buccaneers 8-1 (3-0) Offense - 17th Defense - 3rd AVG Win Margin - 11.3 Pts
And we have a new number 1 crowned this week in the Power Rankings. Tampa is still doing it with their defense beating the Chicago Bears 35-10 by forcing turn overs and running the ball straight at them. The stifling Tampa defense forced 5 INT's in the game, 2 of which went for TD's. Charles Sims had one heck of a game on the ground with 103 yards and 1 TD to go with it, Doug Martin's day wasn't too bad either with 49 yards himself. Jameis Winston wasn't much of a threat this game having only 83 yards through the air with a couple of TD's. If Tampa's defense keeps playing like this I don't know if anybody can beat them, now just imagine if their offense completely takes off.

2. Seattle Seahawks 8-1 (2-1) Offense - 5th Defense - 27th AVG Win Margin - 9.75 Pts
Seattle is the new Number 2 this week coming off of a big road win in New England beating the Patriots 24-21. I would say they did it defensively due to them having 3 INT's against Tom Brady but New England still managed to put up 342 yards in the air and an additional 120 yards on the ground. On paper it looks as if New England should have beaten Seattle easily but still lost by three. Maybe this is to do with the dangerous defense of Seattle. Perhaps they still deserve their nick name of the Legion of Boom. What is even more weird about this is Seattle has the 5th ranked offense in the NFL and they sure didn't play like they did. Lets see if they can get their act together this week at home against the Eagles.

3. Kansas City Chiefs 8-1 (1-1) Offense - 11th Defense - 22nd AVG Win Margin - 8.75 Pts
Kansas City jumped into the top 5 even with their owner quitting out of no where. They are coming off of a narrow win against the struggling Carolina Panthers. Plain and simple Nick Foles went off passing the ball throwing for 361 yards with a TD to go with it. But on the other hand as you can see how low ranked KC's Defense is, Cam Newton went off as well for 346 yards and 2 TD's. Looking at this game KC edged Carolina in almost every statistical category and was just barely able to squeak out a win. They have been winning close games all year long, lets see what they can do this week at home against the Number 1 Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

4. New Englad Patriots 7-2 (3-0) Offense - 3rd Defense - 18th AVG Win Margin - 18.8 Pts
New England, you should have won that game against Seattle especially with your offense. Honestly the only reason I am placing New England even this high on the Top 5 Power Rankings is their record. I truly don't see them staying here long if they keep playing games like they did against Seattle blowing a team out in every category and still loses by 3. Absolutely ridiculous. Lets see if they crumble this week against the 49ers or if they can pull it together.

5. Jacksonville Jaguars 6-3 (2-1) Offense - 24th Defense - 11th AVG Win Margin - 8.8 Pts
The Jags, another team that is new to the Top 5. In all honesty they broke in due to Baltimore's defense absolutely collapsing and them losing and then tying a game. You can't stay in the Top 5 with those types of performances. Jacksonville already barely and I mean barely beat the Texans last week on 1 questionable TD and another last second miracle to a no name rookie in the end zone. If this is what Jacksonville is relying on they won't be here in the list long, however they may win the division if Tennessee keeps on losing.

Teams On the Outside Looking In
Baltimore Ravens 6-2-1 (1-1-1)
Tennessee Titans 7-3 (3-0)
Washington Redskins 6-3 (1-2)
New York Giants 6-3 (2-1)
Philadelphia Eagles 6-3 (2-1)
