He's not worth a 1st much less three picks. You have to consider that the average madden 1st rounder is 78-82 Overall. Plus you have a shot at quick or superstar dev. He's probably worth a 2nd in Madden value by itself unless he has superstar dev but stil would think it's too much

He's also a rookie which, while we don't have a specific rule, typically aren't allowed to be traded.

I'm not sure Shake will come down but I was the one who approached him about Nkemdiche. I personally want this trade. A 1st the following season is basically a 2nd this season then I give him two lower round picks as well to bump it up a bit. Nkemdiche was drafted in 1st round this past year. Atleast give us ideas. I was going to dangle Bowman to get Nkemdiche in sort of package but he couldn't take another 85 plus player so we went this route.

He was a 1st round pick like 3 months ago lol, you keep mentioning averages and chances and shots. The guy can play any position across the defensive line. The 1st round draft pick you say he isn't worth isn't until 2018, not to mention the fact that he is 21 years old, 95% of draft picks in madden are 22+. With the way dynamic development and training works on this game he will easily surpass your 78-82 in the next 2 years before I even get to use that 1st round pick. The other 2 picks are a 5th rounder this year and a 7th rounder next.

He's a 3-4 DE at 75 OVR with normal dev. You can probably get that in the 3rd round in Madden honestly. It really doesn't matter where he was drafted in real life. It matters what that draft pick is worth in Madden. A 75 OVR DE is not worth a 1st in my mind mind, much less a 1st and two other picks.

We can debate it all you want, but everyone else has to weigh in.

All-Star
I've run through a few madden drafts in '17. Nkemdiche is the type of player ID expect to find in the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd round most years and I'd hope he had star dev. I'm okay with the first next year, he is a first round talent with normal dev. Also, my scheme is 3-4 versatile and he shows as 78 overall for me, I think daddyleagues is using a 4-3 balanced scheme. He is fast enough to play 4-3 DE, strong enough and big enough to play in a 3-4 or at DT in a 4-3 has power and finesse moves at 76 and 79 at 21 years old. If I picked a DE in the first and he had those attributes I'd feel like it was a good pick.

So, I am going to say no as structured now, I'd lean towards yes for a 2018 1st. I'd feel much better if the cards were throwing back a late pick rather than the niners
