Titans reason for the trade
Titans currently Have 8WR on my roster including my top 2 back from last and lots of new guys I brought in this offseason. So I easily have the depth to move him and I get a solid draft pick in return for him. To me this is a similar deal to Broncos- jags trade going on now and raiders trade of Crabtree to jets last year.

Dolphins reason for the trade
Phins looking for depth at wr, and a good slot receiver. Also if he does well in Miami this season, he should be a inexpensive resign.
