seahawks season preview
The Seahawks have once again missed the playoff and have gotten yet another wrench thrown in there plans with the retirement of Pete Carroll in the offseason. Coach Trestman has taken over and plans to get his team to the playoffs for the first time in 3 years. Starting QB Bennett has a full year under his belt and is still improving and has a really good preseason. Offensively the Seahawks should be able to score points with talent at the wide out position and and running back but the offensive line is a big concern for the coach this season an early injury to the LT and experience may rush the QB to make some bad choices this year. The one everyone is waiting to see is the rookie wr EL Irvin as he showed exactly what he can do in the last preseason game scoring 2 td in limited time. You don’t want to say this is a rebuilding year because talent was brought in like LB Julius Peppers, CB Brandon Carr and wr Kenny Britt but there is also young talent that needs to be developed.
