San Diego Chargers

HC: LaDainian Tomlinson.
Initially brought back to coach up Melvin Gordon as a RB coach LT was blindsided at the press conference with the news. LT wants to restore the 14-2 days from a couple of years ago.

DEFENSE: SD 3-4 base defense. With several good corners the Chargers will have to create pressure by bringing more on the blitz and either forcing turnovers or rattling the QB.

OFFENSE: SD playbook. Offense can be a balanced attack with dual threat Danny woodhead out the backfield as well as 2nd yr player Gordon on the rise the running game can be solid. Antonio Gates is always a solid player with Allen on the outside.

OUTLOOK: Although the Chargers do have a couple of pieces (CB Verrett, LB Ingram, DE Bosa), they are not quite there. (8-8)

After a positive start to the season the Chargers look forward to week 2. The Jags come to town with a very solid young core with two top receiving threats as well as two young corners that's sure to cause problems. Keenan Allen will try to exploit the youth in the secondary and make some big plays over the top. Buckle your seats folks this is gonna be a wild one.

Quarters, the game of football is played in quarters. After the first quarter of the season the Chargers are 3-1.
Offensively the Chargers have been able to maintain a healthy balance of run pass a methodically move the ball down the field. The redzone efficiency leaves something to be desired with most promising drives fizzling into FG attempts.
D Fense. Young and talented and with youth come mistakes. Ranked top 10 in the NFL in total yds allowed to this point is a great accomplishment thus far.
